what is it?
A rig with one hook above and one hook below the lead. Clipped baits are positioned closer together when casting.

where would I use it?
Any venue where you need distance and having one hook below the lead is usually good if the tide is strong.

how should I use it?
Having two hooks means you can use two baits, but keep them small. Slide your bait-stops down behind each bit of bait (to stop it sliding up the line when you cast), clip the top hook on the top clip swivel and the bottom one onto your lead, and cast.
